Return Process

  Log into your StefanFashion account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
